AUGUSTA, Maine – Attorney John “Jack” E. Baldacci, Jr. has joined the Augusta-based law firm Lipman & Katz. Attorney Baldacci’s legal background includes experience in criminal and civil litigation matters, including real estate, employment law, probate litigation, criminal law, corporate and commercial law, municipal law, and personal injury. He joins the Augusta-based firm that also handles a wide range of cases in motor vehicle accidents, family law, business law, employment law, wills and estates, and general civil and criminal litigation.

Baldacci previously served as a Law Clerk for the Maine Superior Court in Bangor, Maine, where he gained exposure to all aspects of criminal and civil litigation. Prior to joining Lipman & Katz, Baldacci worked at a prominent regional foreclosure law firm in Portland, Maine, where his clients included the largest banks and corporations in the world. Jack has significant trial experience, having litigated an innumerable amount of cases throughout the State, and has received a correspondingly high number of successful judgment for his clients.
Baldacci earned his Bachelor of Arts, from the University of Maine, and his Juris Doctor, from the University of Maine School of Law. While in law school, he served as an Articles Editor on the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal, and he also interned at a large Portland law firm and at one of Maine’s largest private employers.
Jack is committed to giving back and interacting with his community. He previously volunteered regularly at the Preble Street Soup Kitchen in Portland, Maine, and has traveled internationally to help those in need. Jack looks forward to immersing himself within the Augusta community.
